- No glass in the park, please inform all guests. First occurrence you will get a warning, if you are caught twice you will be asked to stay out of the park for 30 days. You can keep glass containers inside your car.
- No dogs allowed in the park on hoidays or weekends between Noon and 7:00pm from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.
- Dues must be current to use the park.
- Members must be with their guest (s) at all times, associate children under 18 must be with their parents.
- Only property owners are allowed to vote. Only one vote per household.
- Associate members include adult children of currently paid members and renters. Members must pay their dues before their associate can be eligible. Associate members may not vote, but are encouraged to attend meetings to keep up with changes in the park rules.
- No underage drinking
- No drug use
- No firearms
- No open fires
- Parties, large gatherings and overnight camping must be approved in advance by the board or park President
- No using the park for personal or monetary gain.
- No horses or other livestock.
- No vandalism
- The three strike rule: If someone is caught breaking rules, the president will first give a verbal warning, second is a written warning, on the third warning the board will meet to determine removal of that member for a period of up to one year. If you are ban from the park for a year, two times, you will no longer be able to be eligible to be a park member. They will be allowed to come before the entire body of paid members if he chooses to appeal.
- Park opens at 6:00 AM
- Park closes at 10:00 P.M. weekdays and midnight on weekends unless you have notified the president you will be there past closing time. After 10:00 P.M. minors must be accompanied by their parents.
- College students living with their parents are not required to pay dues until they reach the age of 24 provided they are enrolled in at least 12 hours. The student or parent should be prepared to show proof of this enrollment prior to the students entering the park.
- Speed limit is 5 MPH
- Pavilions 1, 2, and 3 must be reserved. Small Pavilions A, B, C and D are on a first come basis.
- Trash must be removed by park members upon leaving
- BBQ pits must be clean of trash and ash and pavilions must be cleaned and decorations removed after use.
